Wireless and
Hybrid Solutions

About

Neo Network Development delivers comprehensive Broadband, Advanced Wireless, and Smart City Services by providing Open Access infrastructure and managed solutions to major US wireless carriers, municipal partners, and rural/low-income communities. Our hybrid fiber/wireless networks deploy cost-effective broadband services utilizing technologies such as Private LTE/CBRS, Wi Fi 6e, and IoT connectivity.

This unique approach generates community revenue, accelerates technology adoption, and provides the foundation for affordable, sustainable wireless broadband services across America.

Smart City

Smart City As A
Managed Service

NNDI partners with public sector agencies, utilities, and transportation agencies to design, build, and operate Smart City infrastructure, including Intelligent Transportation Systems, Connected and Autonomous Vehicles, Public Safety, Security, and Video Surveillance.

By cataloging, marketing, and leasing public assets through NeoNetwerx™ services, Neo generates durable, annual, non-tax revenues from commercial tenants, which directly fund the deployment of Smart City technology, thereby bridging the digital divide through solutions such as Public Wi-Fi and Private LTE/CBRS networks.

This model, often executed through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), enables communities to deploy Smart City technology at a cost 50 to 100 times less than using commercial retail circuits.

Small Cell Infrastructure

Small Cell
And ODAs

Neo Network Development delivers comprehensive Broadband and Advanced Wireless Services by addressing coverage, capacity, and network densification challenges for major US wireless carriers through Open Access to fiber, Neo NetShare™ (advanced DRAN architecture), and fiber-connected infrastructure, accelerating the deployment of advanced wireless solutions, such as 4G/5G small cells and ultra-high-band 5G networks.

In addition to design and build services, Neo offers other options for wireless carriers, such as 5G offloading and a full-lifecycle Network Asset Management program (also known as NeoNetX™), which includes the sale or complete decommissioning of networks and assets when they are no longer needed.

Broadband Networking Design

Broadband
Networks

Neo Network Development delivers advanced Broadband and Wireless Services by deploying hybrid fiber and wireless networks designed to quickly and cost-effectively connect unserved, underserved, and low-income communities.

These hybrid networks employ a combination of technologies for the "last mile," including public Wi-Fi and Private LTE/CBRS networks. Specifically, Neo utilizes the unlicensed 5 GHz signal to connect to the internet and backhaul traffic from authorized remote Wi Fi Access Points (APs). At the same time, future deployments are planned to include the 6 GHz spectrum for shared use in both indoor and outdoor environments.

NNDI is also actively planning projects using 60 GHz technology for Public Wi-Fi coverage. Private LTE/CBRS networks utilize the light-licensed 3.9 GHz spectrum, providing carrier-grade mobile data and fixed wireless options.

This technology mix enables programs like Neo Neighborhood Networks™ and Cost-Free Connectivity for Kids™ to provide cost-free and low-cost broadband internet services, facilitating Smart City initiatives.

Internet of Things design

Internet Of
Things (IOT)

NNDI develops hybrid fiber and wireless networks and Open Access infrastructure designed to support the vast ecosystem of Internet of Things (IoT) sensors and related advanced and emerging technologies. Neo's solutions specifically enable the deployment of IoT and automation technologies by integrating them with high-capacity fiber and wireless networks:

  • Technology Deployment: Neo provides the essential fiber, power, places, and permits needed for the rapid and cost-effective deployment of IoT, which includes technologies like LoRa WAN (IoT), sensors, and industrial controls. The connected infrastructure includes traffic signal poles, utility distribution poles, and street light poles, which are transformed into digital real estate capable of hosting advanced technology.
  • Smart City Applications: This infrastructure supports a multitude of mission-critical and public safety applications, such as Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (V2V/V2I), Environmental Monitoring and Controls, security and surveillance cameras, telemetry/telematics, and crime prevention systems, which rely on sensors and automation.
